Spreading HIV-AIDS in many country have many causes problems. In my country a little bit late in handling it. Goverment, NGOs, and other institutions do outreach to teenagers, giving information about HIV-AIDS and related case it. it happened in last 1990s - early 2000's. And about ARV not fulled to PLWHA yet.
